Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - AgriTech Innovation
Location: Global/Remote (Open to relocation)
Job Overview:We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our innovation efforts in the AgriTech space. This leadership role will be responsible for driving the technological direction of a fast-growing, forward-thinking startup that focuses on sustainable farming and smart agriculture. The CTO will be instrumental in shaping the company's tech strategy, overseeing research and development (R&D), and delivering innovative solutions to transform agricultural practices globally.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
Oversee the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, IoT, blockchain, and data analytics to optimize farming practices and improve productivity.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact tech solutions.
Provide thought leadership in the AgriTech space, identifying emerging trends and technologies to ensure the company's offerings remain ahead of the curve.
Work with the leadership team to create the company’s roadmap for growth, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
Drive partnerships with tech vendors, cloud providers, and other stakeholders to scale technology solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably in AgriTech, Technology, or Innovation.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, IoT, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
Experience in building and scaling high-tech solutions in a startup or enterprise environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering complex tech products from concept to launch.
Familiarity with R&D processes, including creating and executing innovative projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in driving business growth.

Job Opening : Drilling Fluids Engineer / Fluids Specialist
Company Overview:A global provider of integrated solutions for oil and gas drilling operations, this organization offers extensive services related to fluids engineering, waste management, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The company has a strong track record of supporting complex projects in offshore and onshore environments.
Location: Open to relocation.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee the preparation, testing, and maintenance of drilling and completion fluids for offshore and onshore wells.
Conduct daily monitoring of fluid properties, performance, and changes in well conditions, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Perform detailed hydraulics simulations and well-planning activities, including the design and application of advanced fluid systems tailored to complex drilling operations.
Supervise and direct field technicians, ensuring optimal chemical use, fluid waste management, and adherence to operational standards.
Manage inventory, logistics, and procurement of chemicals used in drilling fluid systems, ensuring continuous support to active projects.
Collaborate closely with drilling engineers, rig crews, and client representatives to optimize drilling fluid properties for efficiency and safety.
Provide technical support and recommendations for the development and application of new fluid technologies and products in challenging well conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Production Engineering, or related technical field, with a specialization in Drilling and Completion Fluids preferred.
Over 8 years of experience as a Fluids Engineer in onshore/offshore operations.
Strong technical knowledge of fluid systems, hydraulic simulations, and environmental management practices.
Hands-on experience in deepwater and complex well drilling projects.
Proficiency in MS Project, Landmark Open Wells, and related industry software for fluid management and simulation.
Strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
Language proficiency in Portuguese (native) and English (B2 listening/reading, B1 writing/spoken interaction).
Job Location: Qatar UAE
Salary: $ 590 USD per day + medical benefits
Additional Benefits: Includes 6 return airline tickets to visit home country per year.
Job Type: Contract (4 years, renewable)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Shift: (28 days on, 28 days off )
