About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of Enterprise Services, the Integration Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products.
The Integration Analyst will act as the main point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and re-implementing supervising all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
Serve as the business analyst/project coordinator for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all work meet established quality standards and client expectations.
Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as the need arises in client contracts.
Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
Lead all aspects of or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Provide user documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
Support and complete operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.

  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.

  • Demonstrable ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their difficulties.

  • Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

  • Experience in coding/programming is highly desirable.
